Listening Skills
Last month, Standard Four pupils at Mabo Primary School had a class meeting, the meeting took place in the Mkulima Hall near school library. Chairs and tables were not enough inside the hall.
Some pupils went outside the hall to get more chairs and tables. Halls attendants were busy supplying minerals water to the pupils. They put two bottles of water on each table. They put small waste bins under each table.
The meeting started a bit late at around 3 p.m. Some pupils had started jumping over the desks. The standard Four class teacher had another meeting in the headteacher’s office. When she arrived, she greeted the pupils and apologized for coming late. She then cleared the meeting open.
