NECTA DPPEE DPEE AND DSPEE 2026 EXAM TIMETABLE (RATIBA YA MITIHANI YA UALIMU)
The National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA) has released the timetable for the DPPEE, DPEE, and DSPEE exams, starting May 4, 2026, and running through mid-May. Exams are scheduled in morning (8:00 AM) and afternoon (2:00 PM) sessions for Early Grade, Primary, and Special Needs Education diploma students.
The NECTA DPPEE, DPEE, and DSPEE 2026 Examination Timetable (Ratiba ya Mitihani ya Ualimu 2026) is the official schedule released for diploma-level teacher education exams in Tanzania. It is prepared by the National Examinations Council of Tanzania, which is responsible for all national examinations.
ABOUT NECTA
NECTA is a government institution established by Law in 1973 with the responsibility of administering national examinations in Tanzania. Before 1973, all national examinations were administered by the Curriculum and Examinations Section of the Ministry of Education after Mainland Tanzania had pulled out of the East African Examinations Council in 1971.
The National Examinations Council of Tanzania (NECTA) was established under the Parliamentary Act No. 21 of 1973 with the responsibility of administering all National Examinations and Assessments in Tanzania.
